Facilitation &

Workshop Design

Annalyn’s facilitation was amazing and inspiring.
— Amina Alavi, Data Architect
I wish something like this was done in every single workplace. I do believe women are wired in a different way and that spaces like this could unlock huge potential in every organization.
— Gabriela May Lagunes, Data Science
I thought I had extensive leadership experience and even teach graduate courses on leadership but being able to change my role to that of a learner, really allowed me to take a step back. Annalyn created and fostered an environment to be vulnerable and really reflect and learn.
— Ramon Coronado, Program Director
I came into the session stressed and grumpy, but within 5 minutes she had me smiling.
— Julia Claira Kauffmann, Writer & Analyst
I believe participating in this cohort supported me in building bridges in the division and supports the cultural change we are undergoing as a division
— Wendy Cordova, Coordinator Office of Student Success

Comments from past attendees…

Wonderful facilitation creating a safe space and having a good pace and theme. Such a warm, genuine, down-to-earth presence. I felt safe and able to be vulnerable.

FACILITATION AND DESIGN

Does your company, organization, or team need to grow and change for the better? Do you need help developing your people but have no idea where to start or how to tackle the challenge?

I design, develop, and facilitate leadership workshops and experiences that motivate and inspire change that speak to the heart, head, and intuition of building leadership capabilities in the workplace and beyond.

I have 20+ years of experience in creating workshops, conferences, and learning solutions related to a variety of leadership development and critical skills needed not only in the workplace, but in all parts of our lives.

Below are some topics I have facilitated for many people leaders and employees over the years. I thrive on creating fun, customized, and experiential experiences where participants have the opportunity to reflect, story tell, learn concepts/frameworks, and walk away with practical knowledge and skills they can implement right away.

I design every opportunity to include space and conversation about the participants’ experiences as it relates to their own multiple intersectionalities and identities they possess. To me, this is where the true conversations and learning can go in even more depth. While there are many leadership development programs out there, I ensure as a learning designer and facilitator that conversations about culture, power dynamics, privilege, and inclusion are a part of the curriculum.
